Why New Tires Go on the Rear of the Vehicle
Why does the new pair of tires go on the rear of my car? This is a question we get a lot. While it may not matter much in dry weather conditions, when the road is wet, the newer tires are less likely to lose traction than the older ones. When you come to a rain-covered curve, the newer tires on the rear with the better tread will stay where they are supposed to.
